  RIVERS APC LAMENTS COLLAPSE OF PRESIDENT TINUBU'S MOVE TO RECONCILE FUBARA, WIKE  The All Progressives Congress (APC), Rivers State chapter, says it is disheartening that the efforts have failed made by President Bola Tinubu to settle the political rift between the Minister of Federal Capital Territory(FCT), Nyesom Wike, and the Rivers State governor, Siminalayi Fubara. Tony Okocha is the caretaker committee chairman of APC in Rivers State and he voiced his lamentation at a press conference that held at the APC national secretariat in Abuja on Thursday. They were considered suited to benefit from the new round of promotion in the institution. A notice made public by the Public Relations Officer of the institution, Dr. Samuel Kpenu, said 22 other senior academics were promoted to the rank of associate professor (readers). It stated that the promotion was sequel to the approval by the Minister of Education on Friday, December 8, 2023.
